Discount Available

Discount on total bill as follows.

• 20 % discount on the Hospital Bill (excluding Outsourced services, OPD Doctors Consultation, and Ambulance Charge).10 % discount on OT and Pharmacy bill (excluding implant device and equipment) to the employees and their dependents of Suryajyoti.
• 15 % discount on hospital bill (excluding will be applicable ) 10 % on OT Services and 5 % discount on the Pharmacy bill (excluding implant device & equipment ) to the members of Suryajyoti.
• If required, Everest shall also provide Ground Ambulance Service to the Employees and member of Surya Jyoti, in the case of emergencies, where the estimate cost details will be shared at the time of the process of evacuation
• As per requirement, Everest can arrange and support awareness session on different health topic/issues and free Health Services by the consultant to the Employees of Surya Jyoti. However, should arrange the incentive for the consultant.
• If required, Everest Hospital shall also provide reasonable, customized health package services to the Employees and their Direct Dependents (Parents, Spouse & Children) and members of Surya Jyoti.
• Both Everest & Surya Jyoti will nominate a focal person for smooth coordination and communication between each other regarding the provision of the health services (Further reference to Annex-A & B).
